Pesto White Cheddar Mac & Cheese with Grilled Chicken

Bring the authentic Italian taste of pesto to a rich and creamy mac and cheese.

Ingredients:

8 oz White Vermont Mac and Cheese
4-6 shakes Chef's Pass Pesto Seasoning
6 oz Diced Grilled Chicken
2 oz Mozzererlla Cheese
1 oz Parmesan Cheese
Basil to garnish

Yield:

18 oz

Instructions:

Combine 8oz of Mac & Cheese with Chef's Pass Pesto Seasoning (4-6 shakes to start) and 6oz Chicken. Fold together.
Top with 2oz Mozzerella & 1oz Parmesan.
Plate and place in oven or under Salamander to melt cheese.
