3 Ways to Use DaVinci Gourmet Sugar-free Syrups

DaVinci Gourmet sugar-free syrups are crafted in small batches with simple ingredients that deliver bold flavor every time. There are so many ways to use our syrups, from drinks to desserts and everything in between. We’ve put together three creative ways to use DaVinci Gourmet sugar-free syrups on your menu.

1. Flavor up a keto-friendly coffee

Customers with dietary restrictions still want their favorite coffee drinks to taste delicious and they want the chance to still indulge. Keto Instagrammer @keto.rocks created a Kahlua mocha with collagen foam using DaVinci Gourmet Sugar-Free Coffee Liqueur Syrup along with some of her other favorite ingredients for a keto-friendly coffee that we think any customer would love.

2. Finish a salad with a sugar-free vinaigrette

Did you know you can use DaVinci Gourmet sugar-free syrups in more than just beverages? One of our favorite applications is a salad dressing or vinaigrette – you can finish salads or even use it as a marinade or sauce. Here are a few recipes to try – you can always swap out for a different fruit flavor, too!

Roasted Huckleberry Vinaigrette

  • ¼ Cup Davinci Gourmet Sugar-Free Huckleberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
  • Directions: Add the Sugar-Free Huckleberry syrup, rosemary leaves, lime juice and vinegar to mini food processor. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Roasted Peach Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 Cup Davinci Gourmet Sugar-Free Peach Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce (chopped, don't drain sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro Leaves (chopped fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Directions: In small blender, add all ingredients until everything combined and smooth – approximately 30 to 40 seconds. Chill until serving time. Lasts 4 to 5 days in the fridge. Use as dressing or marinade.

3. Blend up a protein shake with sugar-free syrup

Protein shakes can be packed with all sorts of ingredients, from protein powder to nut butter, fresh fruit to chia seeds. Adding a bit of sugar-free flavored syrup can add new and exciting tastes. You can create fruity protein shakes, coffee flavored shakes or even dessert-inspired protein shakes, like the a s’mores protein shake.
