4 oz. Big Train Espresso
.25 oz. Olive Oil
12 oz. Hot Water
Garnish: Chocolate whipped cream
Garnish: DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
Garnish: Tuile cookie
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and blend with frothier. Pour into service glass and add chocolate whipped cream (cocoa powder and heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks) and drizzle caramel over the top.
Blend, pour and serve.
