Ingredients:
.5 cup Vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
1.5 oz. Prepared espresso
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup
Purple sanding sugar or sprinkles (garnish)
Macaroon or cookie (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Scoop gelato or ice cream into a chilled glass or bowl. Pour espresso into glass. Drizzle syrup over gelato or ice cream. Sprinkle with purple sanding sugar or sprinkles. Serve with a macaroon or cookie garnish.
