Apple Orchard S’More


Indulge in a velvety fusion of Oregon Chai Concentrate and creamy milk, elevated by the sweet nostalgia of DaVinci Toasted Marshmallow, crisp Green Apple and Red Velvet Syrups.  Topped with velvety smooth Salted Caramel Cold Foam and a toasted marshmallow for garnish.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups Crushed ice
6 oz. Milk, divided
1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Super Concentrate
¾ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, divided
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Apple Syrup
DaVinci Gourmet Red Velvet Syrup, to taste
1 ea. Toasted marshmallow for garnish, optional

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine ice, 4 ozs. of milk, chai concentrate, ½ oz. marshmallow and all the apple syrup in a cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Step 2  Pour mixture into a tall, chilled glass. Drizzle desired amount of red velvet syrup into glass around rim. Set aside.
Step 3  Combine remaining 2 ounces of milk and remaining half of marshmallow syrup in a cold milk frother.  Froth until light and frothy.  Spoon on top of prepared drink and serve topped with a toasted marshmallow or apple slice garnish if desired.

Extra Twist: This drink can be made as a frappe by blending all ingredients in a blender.   Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
