Espresso Caramel Pecan Martini


Sip into indulgence with this velvety cocktail where the rich notes of Island Oasis Cappuccino Mix blend seamlessly with smooth vanilla vodka, while the decadent swirls of creme de cocoa and DaVinci Caramel Pecan and Iced Coffee Syrups dance tantalizingly on the palate, all finished with a delicate cloud of DaVinci White Chocolate Syrup added to cold whipped milk, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors in every luxurious sip.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

2 cups         Ice
2 oz.            Vanilla vodka
2 oz.            Island Oasis Cappuccino Frozen Beverage Mix
½ oz.           Crème de Cocoa
½ oz.           DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Pecan Syrup
½ oz.           DaVinci Gourmet Iced Coffee Syrup
2 oz.            Skim milk
1/4 oz.         DaVinci Gourmet White Chocolate Syrup (Optional)
1 tsp.           DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
1 tsp.           Salted pecans, finely chopped


Instructions:

Step 1  Rim a coupe glass or martini glass with the chocolate sauce.   Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
Step 2  Combine ice and next five ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until well blended.  Set aside.
Step 3 Whip milk with a handheld milk frother until light and airy. Add white chocolate syrup if desired as it gets thicker.  Strain the prepared cocktail into the chilled glass.  Spoon the whipped milk on top and sprinkle with the chopped pecans and serve.

  

Extra Twist: This cocktail can be served over ice by simply pouring the shaken mixture into a highball glass.
