Indulge in the decadent delight of a velvety chocolate peanut butter cocktail, where creamy Island Oasis Ice Cream meets the rich allure of DaVinci Gourmet Butter Rum Syrup and dark rum, served over ice and elegantly rimmed with a fusion of luscious chocolate sauce and sumptuous peanut butter, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors that tantalize the senses with every sip.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups Crushed ice
3 Tbsp. Big Train Chocolate Peanut Butter Blended Ice Coffee Beverage Mix
3 oz. Water
2 oz. Island Oasis Ice Cream Frozen Beverage Mix
1 ½ oz. Dark Rum
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Butter Rum Syrup
1 tsp. Chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
1 each Peanut butter cup, optional, for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine ice, and next 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until well blended.  Set aside.
Step 2 Spread peanut butter on half of a highball or stemless wine glass rim. Spread the chocolate sauce over the other half of the rim.
Step 3 Pour reserved cocktail mix into the glass. Skewer the peanut butter cup with a cocktail pick and place on rim of glass. Serve.

Extra Twist: This cocktail can be served hot in a hot toddy or coffee mug by eliminating the ice and adding five ounces of water, then warming the remaining mixture in a sauce pan or microwave.
