Ingredients:
Golden Dipt Hot and Spicy Breader
Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
Water
Southwest- Flour Tortilla, Hot and Spicy Chicken, Queso, Pico, Lettuce
Asian- Lettuce Wrap, cucumber, H&S Chicken, Sweet Thai sauce
Southern- Corn Tortilla, Hot and Spicy Chicken, Slaw, pickles, crispy onion
Indian- Naan bread, H&S Chicken, Yogurt Sauce, cucumber salad
Instructions:
Prepare batter using Hot & Spicy by adding dry mix to water in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part Hot & Spicy and mix well
Place one or two inches of dry Hot & Spicy in a half panDredge chicken tenders in prepared batter and allow to drain slightly
Place chicken tenders in dry Hot & Spicy, cover and work breading into chicken to create the desired texture
Fry until internal temperature reaches 165 F
