1 oz. Island Oasis Passionfruit Mix
1 ½ oz. Pineapple Rum
.25 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters(optional)
Garnish: Pineapple Fronds
Garnish: Pineapple Foam or frozen whipped pineapple

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into service glass over ice and top with whipped frozen pineapple foam. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
