Prepare a craveable Golden Dipt New Classic. We recommond serving with your choice of Brioche Roll, garlic mayo, shredded lettuce, pickles.
Ingredients:
Pound chicken breast to ½” to ¾” thick
Water
Golden Dipt Southern Sweet Breader
Instructions:
Pound chicken breast to ½” to ¾” thick if necessary or desired
Prepare Pre-Dip Batter Mix per packaging instructions
Place one or two inches of dry Southern Sweet Breader in a half pan
Dredge chicken breast in prepared Pre-Dip batter and allow to drain slightly
Place chicken breast in dry Southern Sweet Breader, cover and work breading into chicken to create the desired texture
Fry until internal temperature reaches 165 F
