Tiramisu Espresso


Try the Tiramisu Espresso, a cool mix of DaVinci Gourmet Tiramisu Syrup, Island Oasis Ice Cream Frozen Beverage Mix, and a shot of espresso in a martini glass, topped with frothy milk, cinnamon, cocoa, and a chocolate wafer for a rich, creamy delight.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 cup Ice
2 oz. Island Oasis Ice Cream Frozen Beverage Mix
1 oz. Cold espresso
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Naturals Cinnamon Bark Syrup 
1 tsp. Cocoa powder
1 ea. Chocolate wafer stick, optional

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine ice, tiramisu syrup, and ice cream mix in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass. Drizzle espresso on top. Set aside.
Step 2  Whip the milk using a milk frother. Spoon the mixture on top and sift the cocoa powder on top. Garnish with the cookie stick if desired and serve. 

Extra Twist: This mocktail can be converted to an alcoholic version by adding vodka to the cocktail shaker with the other ingredients.
