Very Cherry Vodcolada

The Very Cherry Vodcolada, a tropical blend of ice, Island Oasis Piña Colada Mix, vodka, and DaVinci Gourmet Cherry Syrup blended until smooth and poured into a glass rimmed with vanilla frosting and flaked coconut, garnished with a dark cherry, offers a delightful fusion of creamy coconut and sweet cherry flavors for a refreshing indulgence.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups Ice
6 oz. Island Oasis Pina Colada Mix
1 ½ oz. Vodka
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cherry Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla frosting
1 tsp. Flaked coconut
1 ea. Dark cherry, for garnish, optional

Instructions:

Step 1  Rim a high ball or collins glass with the vanilla frosting and flaked coconut. Set aside. 
Step 2  Combine ice, Pina Colada Mix, vodka and syrup in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. 
Step 3  Pour mixture into the rimmed glass and serve topped with a cherry and a straw. 

Extra Twist: For a more tropical twist, substitute dark rum for the vodka and replace the cherry syrup with DaVinci Gourmet Pineapple or Macadamia Nut syrups.
