The Blue Hawaiian Cappuccino


Escape to the Hawaiian Islands with this dreamy cappuccino. Featuring the tangy sweetness of blue raspberry and pineapple, combined with rich espresso and creamy milk, it's a tropical getaway in every sip.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

¾ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Blue Raspberry Syrup
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Pineapple Syrup
2 oz. Prepared espresso
4 oz. Skim milk, divided

Instructions:

Step 1   Steam or froth half of milk, and blue raspberry syrup until thick and creamy.   
Step 2  Pour mixture into a coffee mug.   
Step 3  Combine espresso and pineapple syrup and pour over milk mixture.  Whip remaining milk and sweet cream and spoon on top.  Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried gummy worms or blue cereal crumbs and serve.
