The Big Train OnTrack Rewards program has,unfortunately, been discontinued due to website and application issues.
We are excited to use this as an opportunity to bring you a replacement program, one we feel will provide an enhanced experience to you and your business. IMPORTANT INFORMATION about OnTrack Rewards over the coming weeks:
- For reference, OnTrack Rewards Members will receive an email with Certificate Information and Points balance by June 28th.
- Rewards certificates will remain valid for 6 months from the certificate issue date (unfortunately, we will be unable to extend the expiration date on any unused certificates).
Certificates may be redeemed by contacting Customer Care at 1-844-537-7937, or via email at foodservice.customercare@kerry.com.
