Blueberry Cobbler Cold Brew 


DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar and Blueberry Syrups are poured into a whipped cream dispenser and charged with a nitro cartridge then dispensed into a tall glass rimmed with blueberry powder over ice.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

12 oz. Cold brew coffee
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
¼ cup Frozen blueberries, thawed

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine the coffee, brown sugar syrup and blueberries in a small blender.  Blend until smooth.
Step 2  Strain mixture into a whipped cream dispenser.  Screw on the top and charge the dispenser with a nitro cartridge. 
Step 3  Dispense the coffee mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.  Serve garnished with a few frozen blueberries if desired. 

Extra Twist: For a more gourmet presentation, dust the outer edge of the glass with blue spirulina powder or blue sanding sugar.  For an easier preparation, simply combine the strained beverage with ice in a glass.  The strained beverage can be made in a larger batch and refrigerated until ready to serve.
