Ingredients:
1 cup Ice
2 ea. Grapes, frozen
4 ea. Mixed berries, frozen
1 oz. Gin
4 oz. Red wine such as a red wine blend or merlot
2 oz. Island Oasis Sangria Mix
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Fruit Innovations Lemonade Concentrate Syrup
Instructions:
Step 1 Fill a wine glass with the ice, frozen grapes and berries. Set aside.
Step 2 Combine 1 cup of ice, gin, red wine, sangria mix and lemonade syrup in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake 15 – 20 seconds until well blended. Strain the mixture into the wine glass filled with ice and fruit.
Step 3 Top with additional fruit if desired and serve.
Extra Twist: For a lighter version, sub crisp white wine such as pinot gris or chenin blanc for the red wine.
