Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Irish Whiskey
1 lg. Egg white
1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Super Concentrate
1 cup Ice
2 oz. Water
2 oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Almond Syrup
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine whiskey, egg white and chai concentrate in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until frothy.
Step 2 Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously for another 30-45 seconds or until very frothy.
Step 3 Double strain into a highball or rocks glass with or without ice. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
Extra Twist: This cocktail can be served up or on the rocks. For added flair, dust top of foam with cinnamon or toasted ground almonds.
