Ingredients:
1 Scoop Big Train Horchata
.5 oz DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Fruit Syrup
4 oz. Milk Alternative or Water
1 Cup Ice
Garnish: Prickly Pear Whipped Cream
Garnish: Purple shimmer powder
Garnish: Cactus fruit
Instructions:
In the blender, combine horchata, prickly pear syrup and water. Blend until smooth. Pour into service glass over ice and top with prickly pear whipped cream, shimmer powder and a drizzle of prickly pear syrup.
Blend, pour and serve.
