Chicken breast to ½” to ¾” thick, or use a thigh or drumstick, or bone-in breasts

Golden Dipt Crispy Seasoned Chicken Fry
Prepare chicken breast to ½” to ¾” thick, or use a thigh or drumstick, or bone-in breasts for coating.
Place 1 or 2 inches of dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix in a half pan.
Prepare Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix per packaging instructions in a second half pan.
Place 1 or 2 inches of Crispy Seasoned Chicken Fry in a half pan.
Lightly dust chicken breast in dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix.
Dredge chicken breast in prepared Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix and allow to drain slightly.
Place chicken pieces in dry Crispy Seasoned Chicken Fry, cover and work breading into the chicken breast to create an extra crispy texture.
Fry in 350 F oil until internal temperature reaches 165 F (about 12 -15 minutes).
