Yield: 20 oz. beverage
Ingredients:
½ cup Big Train Strawberry Drink Mix
1½ cup Ice
5 oz. Water
⅓ cup Fruit jellies or fruit flavored boba pearls
⅓ cup Milk
2 tbsp. Big Train Dragonfly Honeydew Drink Mix
Instructions:
Step 1 Add strawberry drink mix, ice, and water to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Set aside.
Step 2 Combine milk and honey dew drink mix. Mix in an electric milk frother. Froth on a cold setting until thick and creamy. You may use a handheld milk frother if desired.
Step 3 Spoon fruit jellies into the bottom of a 20-ounce glass or cup. Pour the blended drink into a glass. Pour cold foam on top. Serve with a boba straw.
Note: This drink can be served over ice by increasing the amount of water to 10 oz. and mixing in a shaker cup. Try substituting other Big Train mixes, such as mango, orange, or taro, in place of the strawberry mix.
